How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and wipe all personal historical data directly within the app infrastructure.
Settings > Profile > Delete Account
Is my health data stored?
No. We process your HealthKit metrics transiently right on your device to form your daily predictive score windows. Raw biometric parameters are never permanently committed to our external storage servers.
3. Subscriptions
I upgraded to Pro but features are locked.
If you have a verified, active subscription through the App Store but still see restricted elements, a quick internal re-sync fixes it.
Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases
How do I cancel my subscription?
All payments are safely handled natively by Apple. To adjust or cancel billing windows, open your system iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and choose theGoodspace.

If you happen to catch a glitch or an unexpected termination loop, drop us a line via email with these basic device specs so we can iron it out for you in the next patch:
